Although not actually hailing from "the last frontier", this circa 1880s Alaska BBC cabinet pictures nine amateur ballplayers with period uniforms and equipment. While the exact location of the amateur club bearing the future state's name is speculative, it is certain that the clear 4x5 sepia image is neatly mounted to overall dimensions of nearly 6x8. Despite extensive creasing and additional fraying to the matte, the overall construction of this antiquity is not compromised. The reverse displays various inscribed notations.
Two different articles have been linked below to show the wide possibilities of where the Alaska BBC's could have played. One shows them in Hawaii and the other in Brooklyn.
