Coin hoarders hit the mark with this silver laden treasure chest of U.S. coins. Dating from the 1880s-2000s this hefty accumulation features (256) 90% silver coins totaling $62.85 in face value including (7) Morgan dollars, (29) half dollars, (129) quarters and (91) dimes, plus (5) 40% silver JFK half dollars and (30) 35% silver “wartime” nickels. Also present is a variety of non-silver coins including: (3) packaged sets; (79) assorted nickels; (86) “wheat-back” Lincoln cents, (2) Indian Head cents; (12) post-1965 half dollars, quarters and dimes. The pre-1965 coins in this lot present in a range of circulated grades with a median grade being VF. The post-1965 coins are in higher grades.

Two of the Morgan silver dollars are housed in a protective display case and are dated 1878 and 1921, which are the first and last years this highly popular series was issued.
